SkollEase

Loyalty Points

Reward the viewers who keep showing up.

Viewers earn points for being in your stream, and a little extra for talking in chat. They spend them on giveaway entries, so your regulars get the best shot at what you give away.

Points are yours to name and price. They're off until you turn them on, so a new channel never starts an economy it didn't ask for.

How points work

  1. 1

    Viewers earn

Everyone in your stream gets points on a timer - every 15 minutes on Free, as often as every 5 on Streamer - plus a bonus for chatting.

  2. 2

    They check in

Anybody can type !points to see their balance, or !leaderboard to see who's on top.

  3. 3

    They spend

When you run a giveaway, viewers spend points on tickets. You set the price and the most one person can buy.

What you control

How fast points come in

How many points a viewer earns each time, how much extra chatting is worth, and how often it happens.

What a ticket costs

Set the price of a giveaway ticket in points and the most tickets one viewer can hold, so nobody can buy the whole wheel.

Your mods can help

Mods can add, remove or set anyone's points from chat - for a prize, a correction, or a reward you thought of on the spot.

Leave bots out

Keep other bots and accounts you don't want earning off the list, so the leaderboard is people.

Your Regulars

Keep a list of your regulars, and give regulars, subs and VIPs better odds in a draw if you want to. On the Streamer plan.

Shared across channels

Streaming with friends? Let other streamers' chats earn into your economy, so a viewer's points follow them between you. On the Streamer plan.

Channel point rewards that work with points

Twitch channel point rewards the bot sets up and answers for you. On the Streamer plan, for Twitch Affiliates and Partners.

Point Multiplier

A viewer redeems it to earn points faster for a while.

First

Awards points to whoever claims it first each stream, and keeps their streak.

Become a Regular

Adds whoever redeems it to your Regulars list.

Questions streamers ask

Are SkollEase loyalty points free?

Yes. Earning points, balances, the leaderboard and the mod commands are on the free plan, with points every 15 minutes. Spending points on giveaway entries, faster earning, channel point rewards and Regulars come with the Streamer plan.

Do viewers earn points while I'm offline?

No. Points are earned during your stream, by the people watching it.

How do viewers check their points?

In chat: !points shows their balance, !tickets the giveaway tickets they hold, and !leaderboard who is on top.

Are these the same as Twitch channel points?

No. Loyalty points are your channel's own, kept by the bot. Channel points belong to Twitch - though rewards can connect the two, like a channel point redemption that makes loyalty points come in faster.
