SkollEase

Chat Bot

A chat bot that sounds like your stream.

One bot in your Twitch chat runs your giveaways, answers your viewers' commands, keeps your quotes, and handles your channel point rewards. Every word it says is yours to change.

It joins your chat as SkollEase - make it a mod and it's ready.

Getting it into your chat

  1. 1

    Sign in with Twitch

There's no account to make. Then one button on your dashboard asks the bot into your channel, and it joins straight away.

  2. 2

    Make it a mod

Type /mod SkollEase in your chat. Twitch only lets moderators see who's watching, which is what loyalty points are counted from.

  3. 3

    Make it yours

Change what the commands say and who can use them, and write your own giveaway announcements.

Every command, your way

Your words

Rewrite any command's reply, with placeholders like the viewer's name or their balance filled in for you. Rename the command itself if you want.

Who can use it

Open a command to everyone, or keep it to subscribers, mods, or just you.

Cooldowns

Stop a command being spammed, with a cooldown for the whole chat or for each person.

Giveaway announcements

Write the messages the bot posts when a giveaway opens, when entries close, and when there's a winner - one opening message for each way of entering.

Quotes

Save the lines your community keeps coming back to. !streamquote pulls one at random, or by number or author.

A schedule

Put giveaways and streams on a calendar, and !countdown tells chat how long is left.

Channel point rewards

The bot creates the reward on your channel and answers it when somebody redeems. On the Streamer plan, for Twitch Affiliates and Partners.

Giveaway Entry

Enters whoever redeems it into the giveaway that's running.

Point Multiplier, First and more

Faster loyalty points, a prize for being first each stream, a spot on your Regulars list.

Question of the Day and Check-in

A viewer sets the question everyone answers today, or checks in once a stream to build their count - both modules you add when you want them.

Questions streamers ask

Is the SkollEase chat bot free?

Yes. The bot in your chat, its commands, your own replies, giveaway announcements and quotes are all on the free plan. Channel point rewards come with the Streamer plan.

Does the bot need to be a moderator?

For loyalty points, yes: Twitch only shows moderators who is watching, and points are counted from that. Type /mod SkollEase in your chat.

Can I turn off commands I don't use?

Yes. Any command can be switched off, and a module's commands disappear when you switch the module off.

Can the bot use my own name instead?

On the Organization plan, the bot can run under a name of your own.
