Tell us your Twitch channel, which page you were on, and what you expected to happen compared with what did. A screenshot helps more than anything.
Open your Dashboard and use the button at the top that asks the bot into your channel. It joins straight away.
Check that points are switched on under Loyalty → Points, and that the bot is a moderator: type /mod SkollEase in your Twitch chat. Twitch only lets moderators see who is watching, and that is what points are counted from.
On the Free plan, keyword entries stop at 100 people, and the counter on the Giveaways page shows how close you are. Viewers who gift subs always get in. Streamer has no limit.
Cancel from the plan card in Settings. Your plan ends straight away and you get back the part of the month you have not used - cancel halfway through and half comes back. The amount is shown before you confirm.
Nothing is deleted. You move to Free, and anything Free does not include is kept, locked, exactly as you left it until you upgrade again. Once you have paid for Streamer, your Creator Page stays public even after you cancel.
Yes. Settings has spreadsheet downloads of your giveaway winners, stream quotes and loyalty points, under “Take your data with you”.
Disconnect it in your Twitch connection settings and it loses access at once. To have your account and everything in it deleted too, email support@skollease.com.
